Review of Wilborn Park

Location: Hoffman Lane to Head Lane in LaGrange
Wilborn Park is a great park for LaGrange and other Oldham County residents to visit!  It can be reached by taking Hoffman Lane to Head Lane.  The park is large with many areas to explore between the play structures and trails around the lake.  This park is the planned site for the proposed LaGrange Splash Park.  Before visiting the park, we heard about the issues the city had with controlling the geese population.  We did see some geese while we were at the park, but on this particular day, we did not feel overwhelmed by their presence.  There is a very strict policy against feeding the geese!  My family likes to walk around the lake on the different bridges and trails.  Pack a fishing pole, some bug spray, snacks and head out to see what Wilborn Park has to offer.
